James has over 25 years experience working across investment banking, private equity and real estate, and as an investor in a number of businesses. He is Managing Director of Home ANZ and an advisor to the Beaugroup family office. He is an investor in a number of private equity opportunities, and is on the Board of a number of these investee companies. Previously James was Head of the Private Capital Group at ANZ Bank in Australia and an equity partner in the private equity group Blue Sky Capital in the US and the UK.

Steve is a highly experienced and highly regarded Financial Markets veteran, with in excess of 30 years global experience managing complex global markets and banking businesses for Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and ANZ Bank. Steve has also founded and headed up his own private equity and asset management businesses. He is now an investor in and sits on the board of numerous private and listed companies.
